Location
The Venice on the Bay Community Hall is located at 1919 Arundel Rd. and Bens Way in the Venice on the Bay Community. The Hall is available for rent for special occasions. Community Meetings held at the hall the 2nd Monday of Each Month. Residents are encouraged to attend.

Association Members $225.00
Non-association Members $400.00
Security/ Cleaning Deposit of $150.00
PLEASE NOTE:
- Your date is not secure until the deposit is paid.
- The Hall is run solely by volunteers which allows the cost to remain reasonable.
- The Hall is self clean and must be left 100% ready for the next rental.

Amenities and Information:
- Limit 145 people. There are 145 chairs and 15 8ft rectangular tables capable of seating 10 per table. Tables use standard 108 x 54in tablecloths
- Rental period: Saturday rental – 6pm Friday to midnight Saturday. Sunday rental – 9am to midnight. Same cost for either.
- An Anne Arundel County One-Day Liquor License is required should you choose to serve or allow the consumption of alcoholic beverages. Both are fairly easy to obtain and the Hall Manager can assist you if needed. The process is online only. https://www.aa-county.org/applications/OEDY/
- Full kitchen including stove, microwave and two refrigerators
- Paper towels, trash bags, trash disposal containers, toilet paper and cleaning supplies are provided
- The Hall is self-clean and must be properly cleaned and ready for the next rental.
